Return and Exchange Policy – Creativity Key

At Creativity Key, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy:

  1. Return and Exchange Period
    You can request a return or exchange of the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Return and Exchange Conditions
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
  • Damages upon Receipt: In case of any damage, we must be notified within 12 hours of delivery and clear photos must be provided.
  • Customized Products: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

      3. Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact: Contact us at Info@creativity-key.com or +971555052016 with the order number and a description of the issue.
  • Inspection: After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected.
  • Process Completion:

    - For Returns: The full amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

    - For Exchanges: The new product will be shipped after approval and adjustment of any price difference.

      4. Shipping Costs

  • Store Error / Manufacturing Defect: Creativity Key bears the costs.
  • Customer Change of Mind: The customer bears the shipping costs and a restocking fee (15% of the product value) may be deducted.

      5. Exceptions: Products cannot be returned or exchanged after the period ends, or          if used/damaged, or if packaging/labels are removed, or if the product was  incorrectly installed by the customer (unless there was an error in the installation instructions).
